Registration Guidelines
- Registration for ISSP YUVA Pain PhysicianCon 2026 must be completed through the online registration form only. Offline registrations will not be accepted.
- Registration will be considered confirmed only after successful receipt of payment and approval by the Organizing Committee.
- A confirmation email regarding registration and payment approval will be sent to the registered email address by the Organizing Secretariat at isspyuvacon2026@gmail.com.
- Delegates are requested to provide accurate and complete information during registration. Any discrepancy in the submitted information may lead to delays or cancellation of registration.
- The registration fee includes access to the scientific sessions, conference materials, and other benefits as specified in the registration category.
Payment Policy
- All payments must be made through the approved online payment modes available on the registration portal.
- Any bank charges, transaction fees, or taxes applicable shall be borne by the participant.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Registration fees once paid are generally non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to isspyuvacon2026@gmail.com. The following cancellation charges will apply:
- 25% of the registration fee will be deducted for cancellations received on or before 15th July, 2026.
- 50% of the registration fee will be deducted for cancellations received from 31st July, 2026
- 75% of the registration fee will be deducted for cancellations received from 2nd August, 2026
- No refund will be provided for cancellations received on or after 3rd August 2026
- Any refund request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by the Organizing Committee. If approved, a partial refund may be granted after deduction of administrative and processing charges.
- The decision of the Organizing Committee regarding refunds shall be final and binding.
Conference Modifications
- The Organizing Committee reserves the right to make changes to the conference program, speakers, venue, schedule, or any other aspect of the event if required due to unforeseen circumstances.
- In the event of force majeure circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, strikes, or other events beyond the control of the organizers, the conference may be postponed, rescheduled, converted to a virtual format, or cancelled. The organizers shall not be liable for any consequential losses incurred by participants.
General
- By registering for ISSP YUVA Pain PhysicianCon 2026, participants agree to abide by all conference rules, regulations, and policies.
- The Organizing Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any registration without assigning any reason.
